Her Voices: Diverse Paths in Product Leadership and Innovation ft. Product Women
Last Wednesday at our Singapore office, Angela Huhad the pleasure of moderating the event co-organized with Product Women in honor of International Women's Day!
We had an incredible line up of panellists who shared their powerful stories of navigating the realms of product management and entrepreneurship.
Liyana Fauzi opened up about her role as a minority leader in product management at GovTech Singapore while Huang Yixuan (Eve) discussed her journey from Product Manager to Head of Product Design at Hypotenuse AI. On the entrepreneurial side, Nivedita Venkateish took us through her experience founding AIRE, a startup pioneering in adult incontinence products. The sister duo, Mili Kale & Maya Kale, delved into their story of building Moom Health, a health supplement brand dedicated to Southeast Asian women's wellness.
Special thanks to the amazing ladies at Product Women - Halynne Shi Nithya Karthikeyan, Rachel Kuo, and Diana Lim for their warm collaboration in making this event a success!

Inside the world of crazy rich Indians
According to Forbes, there are just 186 billionaires in India. Far more consequential to—and representative of—India’s economic story are the legions of dollar millionaires, whose ranks are expanding year by year. The Economist outlines 3 shifts in the emerging wealthy class. First, geographical diversification: No longer do Indians need to live in top-tier cities like Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore to get loaded. Second, a younger cohort; where India’s rich might once have had a median age above 50, now 40- and 30-something millionaires are common. The third is in what the new rich do with their riches, in terms of both investment and consumption.

Nostalgia is a Multi-Billion Dollar Business... invest in it!
You tap into a multi-generational opportunity when you pull existing fans/consumers back into your universe & also tap into a new generation’s love for all things vintage. People love to reminisce on the good ol’ days, both with their brains and with their wallets. And in 2023 when Gen Z’s spending power is only rising with time, we’re obsessed with nostalgia… so now’s a good time to start thinking about it, be it through collaborations, bringing back old product lines, or simply playing into the nostalgic aesthetic.
